Retired United States Navy Captain, Donnie L. Cochran served as the Chamber’s featured speaker at the August Chamber Breakfast. Captain Cochran was the first African-American Pilot to fly with the United States Navy’s Flight Demonstration Squadron, The Blue Angels. He shared his leadership skills gained within his years with The Blue Angels with the membership. The exciting presentation included several videos of Cochran in the cockpit leading demonstrations with the flight team.

As a special tribute, Captain Cochran was introduced by a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Eric Rivadeneira.
