CWC currently offers a $1,500 scholarship to a worthy female student that displays academic skills, leadership qualities and participation in school and community.  These scholarships are offered to the three South Lake High Schools-East Ridge, South Lake  and Minneola.  It is our goad to promote and encourage women to further their education.  The submission deadline is fast approaching-our submission deadline is April 10, 2023.  Students may obtain the guidelines and application from their guidance counselors or visit our web site at www.clermontwomansclub.org.  On our web site, just click on the scholarship icon and download the instructions and application.

The Clermont Woman’s Club is a Federated Woman’s Club chartered in 1927.  It is a non-profit service organization and by fundraising throughout the year, they are able to support international, national and local charities.  They meet on the first Tuesday of each month, September through May, at 12:30pm at their clubhouse, 655 W Broom St., Clermont.  For information see www.clermontwomansclub.org.
