Kick off the holiday season with the City of Clermont’s Virtual Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Watch the pre-recorded Light Up Clermont event online at 6 p.m. Fri., Dec. 4 as Clermont City Council counts down to light up the tree at City Hall Park. Enjoy special holiday messages from the community. Plus, professional carolers will provide festive musical entertainment. “The City of Clermont’s tree lighting is a special tradition,” Mayor Tim Murry said. “Although we wish we could all be together, we’re happy to provide a safe alternative to kick off the holiday season during the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The City of Clermont’s Light Up Clermont 2020 also includes a Holiday Enchanted Forest of over 40 decorated trees on display Sat., Dec. 5-Sun., Jan. 3, 2021 at Victory Pointe Park, 938 Victory Way; and a Cookies and Cocoa Walk from 6-9 p.m. Fri., Dec. 11 at participating businesses in Downtown Clermont.
