On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, the South Lake Chamber and over 120 local business leaders gathered in Groveland to celebrate The Neighborhood Center of South Lake‘s 50th Anniversary during their Business After Hours.
The Neighborhood Center of South Lake mission is to provide a pathway to develop, empower, and educate those with food insecurities. In 2021, The Neighborhood Center of South Lake served nearly 1.6 million pounds of food and assisted over 60,000 individuals in South Lake and neighboring communities.
