Clermont, FL (August 8, 2022) – The South Lake Chamber of Commerce (SLCC) hosted the premier political event of the season, the 2022 Lake County Hob Nob. This biennial signature event was presented by Walt Disney World Resorts at the Clermont Performing Arts Center on Monday, August 8, 2022.
The Chamber welcomed nearly 500 Lake County residents who had the unique opportunity to meet & greet candidates ranging from local to federal races. “This is a great event where we provided a platform for residents to inform themselves on candidates and their campaigns prior to the 2022 Primary Election on August 23,” said David Colby, President & CEO of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce. Guests who attended the 2022 Lake County Hob Nob enjoyed free refreshments catered by Lake Catherine Catering & Events and participate in the straw poll hosted by Alan Hays Lake County Supervisor of Elections Office.
