OUR SPACE
The City Center's main space is built to make your event special. Rent it as one open ballroom for large receptions, ceremonies, and expos, or split it into two purpose-built rooms when your guest list is smaller. The space is ready to go on day one with tables, chairs, a built-in surround-sound system, and the option to add AV.

CONFIGURATIONS
Every configuration is set up to match how you'll actually use the space. Banquet rounds for receptions, theater rows for presentations, and classroom layout for training and workshops.

The City Center is approved for a wide range of personal, professional, and community events. If it brings people together, we can probably host it.
We're happy to host events with alcohol service. There are just a few requirements to make sure everything is permitted and insured. Submit a City of Clermont alcohol request form at least 30 days before your event.
Alcohol must be served by an approved licensed and insured provider holding an appropriate Florida Alcohol, Beverage, and Tobacco license (for example, a 13CT catering license, or a non-profit 1, 2, or 3-day permit).
Extra-Duty Clermont Police is required at any rental where alcohol is served.
We'll walk you through these steps during your consultation.
To keep rates accessible for our community, renters handle setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, along with basic cleanup. Plan to include this time within your rental window.
Renter responsibilities:
- Set up and break down tables and chairs, and return them to their original arrangement.
- Take garbage to the parking-lot dumpster and replace trash bags (provided on site).
- Vacuum the floors after the event.
- Before you head out, the room should be returned to its original condition.
The on-site kitchen is available as an add-on for any event involving catering or food prep. It must be reserved for the same duration as the ballroom and returned in the condition it was found. All caterers are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance.The patio is a great extension for cocktail hours, outdoor ceremonies, photos, and breakout breaks.
+ Kitchen: $35 per hour, plus $100 security deposit.
