The South Lake Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with the National Training Center and the Live Well Foundation of South Lake to present the Chamber Wellness Challenge. This contest begins Wednesday, March 1st, 2023, and the registration deadline is Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023. For just $100, participants will receive three-month access to the Orlando Health National Training Center, free body fat percentage screenings, lipid profile tests, and opportunities to earn prizes from our Business of the Week.

The Wellness Challenge also includes awards to the top three participants in the individual male, female, and team categories. Winners will be measured with the highest percentage of body fat loss. Participants must weigh in at the start and completion of the challenge to be in the running for an award. For the duration of the contest, there will be weekly weigh-ins to track your status throughout the challenge earning you an opportunity to win prizes from local member businesses. The National Training Center will have skilled professionals who are available to provide assistance with maintaining diets, working out routines, and more.
