TEDxLSSC is looking for speakers with “Ideas Worth Spreading” for our upcoming Salons and events for our 2021-22 events which includes 4 Salons and a full-day event scheduled for September 24, 2022.
As stated in TED’s mission statement, this event will provide, “the opportunity to share the unique innovation and ideas that their community is creating.” College and local community members are encouraged to apply to present at these inspiring, high-profile event dedicated to developing innovative thinkers and change makers. They are seeking dynamic speakers who can deliver 10-15 minute data-driven, research-based talks that help change perspectives or teach us something new.
“TEDxLSSC gives community members an opportunity to interact and dialog while being exposed to new and exciting ideas,” said Heather Elmatti, co-organizer for the event.
Submitted applications are reviewed by a selection committee and selected speakers will be notified and then paired with a speaker coach to help them prepare for their talk. Applications are available at http://tedxlssc.com
