Lake CARES Small Business Assistance Grant Program will launch this Monday, August 17th, and the Submittable portal will be open to accept applications at noon. At that time, eligible small businesses and non-profit organizations can visit https://www.elevatelake.com/reopen#cares, click on the ‘Start Here’ tab under the Businesses program to start the application process, or to review eligibility criteria and required documentation.

If a business has ‘pre-registered’, they can sign into their Submittable account and choose the appropriate For-Profit or Non-Profit application to fill out. If not, they can follow the directions below:

1. Create an account in Submittable (or Sign In).
2. Complete the appropriate Lake CARES Small Business Assistance Grant Program Application.
The Lake CARES Act Helpline is (352) 268-9299 and is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to answer questions applicants may have. Applicants may also email grant@elevatelake.com with questions about the program and someone from the Grant Administrative Team will respond to all inquiries.
