The City of Groveland is excited to continue its community wide Fourth of July celebration in signature Groveland style. This year, Groveland will host a two-day celebration Saturday, July 3 and Sunday, July 4, complete with a car show, live music, vendors and much more sponsored by Kroger Delivery in Groveland, Hanover Family Builders and the Law Office of Anita Geraci-Carver PA.

“The Fourth of July has always marked an exciting time for children and families alike in the City of Groveland,” said Mayor Evelyn Wilson. “We look forward to a fun filled holiday weekend!”

The first celebration will take place Saturday, July 3, at Cherry Lake Park, located at 131 Wilson Lake Parkway, from 6 p.m.- 9 p.m. The event will include a mobile DJ equipped with a free photo booth and a series of food trucks for guests to enjoy. The evening’s fireworks display is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. and attendees are encouraged to bring their blankets and lawn chairs. Cherry Street will be lined with savory food and craft vendors, 40-foot inflatable obstacle courses for children, face painters, a free photo booth, video game trucks and much more. Live entertainment provided by Maiden Cane, will feature groovy rock tunes from the 70s and 80s, for all guest and small businesses in attendance to enjoy. The spectacular fireworks display is set to light the sky at 9 p.m.
