Come join us at Clermont Waterfront Park for Florida’s original 140.6 triathlon and the second oldest iron-distance race in the continental United States.  The Great Floridian Triathlon XXVII features a 2.4 mile swim in the pristine waters of Lake Minneola, followed by a challenging 112 mile bike along the rolling hills of Lake County.  The race finishes with a 26.2 mile run on the South Lake Trail. Many other race options are offered, including:

2/3 GFT: 1.6 mi swim – 75 mi bike – 17.4 mi run

1/3 GFT: .8 mi swim – 37 mi bike – 8.7 mi run

Aqua Bike: 2.4 mi swim – 112 mi bike; 1.6 mi swim – 75 bike; .8 mi swim – 37 mi bike

1.6 & 2.4 mi open water swim options also available!

All participants will receive a unique event t-shirt, commemorative item, race packet, free post-race massage, pasta dinner & awards brunch, swim cap, post-race refreshments, complete race results and other goodies. Official individual finishers will receive a Great Floridian finisher’s medal and T-shirt.
