Thank you, Beacon College!

Thursday, 10/14 @ 10
Clermont City Center

Friday, 10/15 @ 10
By Phone: 352-247-7838

By attending, you will:

  • Experience challenges of vision loss (and how those challenges can be overcome) by participating in interactive activities. If attending in person, you’ll be walking around downtown so bring a friend and wear comfy shoes!
  • Show your support for the full participation of blind Americans in our community.

Every year since 1964, October 15 has been deemed National White Cane Safety day. In more recent years, the phrase “Blind Americans Equality Day” has been adopted. Whatever the title, the goal is the same: ensure and champion the full participation of blind Americans in every facet of our society, every day.

Register by Oct. 8 – space is limited for in-person events! Please submit one form for each participant. Per New Vision COVID-19 protocols, masks are required for this event.
