Wheatley Realty Group has added to the vitality of downtown Clermont by bringing their expansion to West Montrose Street, directly across the street from Clermont City Hall. The beautifully renovated building is now home to 22 Realtors and three support staff. Wheatley Realty Group invested over $200k to bring this astonishing building to completion. The Chamber celebrated this accomplishment with a We Noticed ribbon cutting on Friday, July 1, at the new Wheatley office at 664 W. Montrose Street.
