The Clermont Downtown Partnership continues to host very exciting new Downtown Clermont events with amazing foods, interesting crafts and live entertainment. Hundreds of visitors regularly pack the streets with safe social distancing for CDP events. Celebrate summer fun on the streets of Downtown Clermont. There is always something delicious and fun for everyone!
Aug. 6 — First Friday Event: There will be a large array of diverse food trucks and vendors available from 5:30 to 9 p.m. with many of the Downtown Clermont stores open late that night. Some of the most popular food trucks will be back including: Bell’s Kitchen, App’s Food Truck, Sugar Rush Marshmallows, A Lo Cubano, Rubios Baja, Ritter’s Frozen Custard, Fish Outta Water, Chickez, One Way Coffee, Bowls for Tu, K&E Italian, Fully Loaded, Carpenter’s Creative Confections, City Street Kitchen, Pizza a Cone and Vegan Amor. Many of the downtown shops and restaurants will remain open late. There will be classic cars with a fun Kid Zone, a rock-climbing wall and a bounce house. This CDP event is sponsored by T-Mobile.
Weekly Sunday Clermont Farmer’s Markets: Farmer’s Markets are back growing bigger each week with over 90 specialty vendors every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with new summer hours through August. Wonderful farm fresh organic produce, seafood, Florida raised local beef, sweets, plants, coffees. teas, soaps, pastas, cheese, breads, crafts, artwork and seasonal gifts make this a fun weekly event. Plus, most Downtown Clermont restaurants will be open. Aug. 1 entertainment will include Eddy Craft with a Healthy Day Yoga Session that will be held outdoors by Crystal of Ahanā Yoga from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Bring your yoga mats, if available. The IHeritage Reggae Band will perform Aug. 8. On Aug. 15, DJ Lucy will entertain, plus a Kid’s Zone will be available. The Classic Rewind Band will perform Aug. 22 and Peter Durbin will be featured Aug. 29. Bring your family!
