Strategic Plan

The Four goals of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce are:

1. Influence economic development in a manner beneficial to South Lake County

2. Ensure growth in Chamber memberships, member engagement and services.

3. Ensure effective Chamber governance, including development of current and future volunteer leaders and governing documents.

4. Ensure adequate resources to support chamber needs, programs and initiatives.
